FREQUENTLY ASKED QUESTIONS

Are you flexible with starting times ? We are very flexible with booking times. This is your activity. You are the boss. You can chose your starting and end times. As long we are not booked at the particular time requested.

What is your minimum number and maximum number of participants ? Our tours and workshops can be taken by 1 person and up to 70 persons. Big groups may be split in smaller groups if require.

What are you cancellation policies ? Cancellations of customized private tours and workshops must be made at least 7 days prior to the event. For cancellations up to 1 day prior to the event, 25% of the tour price will be retained by Alternative Tours. For cancellations up to 24 hours prior to the event, 100% of the cost will be retained by Alternative Tours.

Are you workshops indoors or outdoors? Our workshops are held indoors and outdoors. Preparation is inside and the spraying part is always outdoors.

Do your tours and workshops run in all bad weather ? Yes our tours run all year round. In sunshine, rain or snow, we will always run our tours.

Can we bring food & drink to our activity ? Yes this is possible. We would prefer to know in advance to make arrangements and space. We can also help you with this as we have contacts who can provide catering and we can help with refreshments.

How can I book ? Please email us with your requirements. When we have agreed on the date and time for your activity we will send you an invoice. Payment is made by bank transfer.

Where do your activities takes place We are very central. Our tours and workshops take place just 2 or 3 stations from the Hamburg main train station via the Sbahn or Ubahn
